What am I missing here, WHY OH WHY should it not be a simple matter to create a link, hyperlink, to a file on my own pc, in any little program that supports hyperlinking? I google and google for the syntax, and other than all the dirty little "would you like to by a watch real cheap, here on the street" entries, I find no clues. It it somthing to do with the securities and permissions? how is it I can link to a file in outer space, with ease, but not to one on my OWN COMPUTER? Just please someon...
